Clerk of Circuit Court
The Clerk of the
Circuit Court, Thomas E. Roberts, is responsible for the
recordation of deeds, maps, and other documents related to real estate;
the probate of wills and qualification of fiduciaries; the
administration of criminal and civil cases; and a number of
miscellaneous matters such as marriage licenses, notary public
qualifications, fictitious business name certificates, and concealed
handgun permits.
