Finance
The Finance Department, headed by Jeanne R. Colvin, is responsible for all the City's financial operations. Its responsibilities include development of the City budget, all financial reporting and reconcilement, financial grant administration, purchasing, utility billing and collections, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, accounts receivable, investment management, debt issuance and management, preparation of Comprehensive Annual Financial report and coordination of the annual audit.
