Human Resources


The Staunton Human Resources Department oversees the administration of employee benefits, develops and administers personnel policies and assists the city's department directors in the recruitment of qualified workers. The department also provides training and other support to the city's workforce.

How Jobs are Advertised:

To find the best employees, the Human Resources Department uses several means to advertise job openings.
