Board of Building Code Appeals

The Board of Building Code Appeals is comprised of five members appointed by City Council to serve a five-year term for an unspecified number of terms. The Board hears and decides appeals on any application for appeal in response to the requirements contained in the entire scope of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.  The Board of Building Code Appeals meets as necessary.
